The "Autronic Eye" was an option on Cadillac automobiles in the 1950's and 1960's. It's purpose was to dim the car's headlights when an oncoming car approached. The 1950's-era vacuum tube electronic components are unreliable and outdated - most original systems are not operational. We make a modern retrofit for the Autronic Eye circuitry which covers 1953 to 1958 models. It installs easily and undetectably in the original electronics housing.
